Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The TCT is responsible for:
- Performing calibrations following recognised procedures and processes
- Thermodynamical parameters (Temperature & Humidity)
- Electrical
- Mechanical (Torque & Pressure)
- On-site calibration
- Assuring the measurement traceability to national and international standards
- Ensuring the validity of the results
- Execution of the interim tests of own references following described processes
- Ensuring accuracy of issued certificates
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the standards/measuring equipment
- Occasional On-site calibration
The tasks of the Calibration Technician are focused on:
- Calibration Orders in the calibration laboratory
- Timely release of results and reports
- Adherence to calibration laboratory lead times
- Safe handling and processing of customer work
