Summary
We are looking for a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice, who is keen to learn administrative skills in a professional office environment. The role includes various aspects of office/administration work in a busy solicitors' office.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Morning post & scanning to fee earners
- Daily incoming post email
- Diary deadlines and limitation reminders
- Adding deadlines to calendars once post has been sorted
- Afternoon post
- Chasing initial paperwork & passing file back to fee earner once
- chasing procedure or signed paperwork finalised
- Opening new files
- Arranging cabinets
- Adobe bundles
- Updating spreadsheets
- Forwarding emails from general inboxes
- Returning parcels and ad-hoc tasks
- Telephone answering - taking brief messages and emailing messages

- No weekly release day into college
- One monthly face-to-face masterclass with tutor
- Assessor/Tutor will visit workplace every 4-6 weeks and all apprenticeship tasks will be set online
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade 9-4 (A*-C))
- Maths (grade 9-4 (A*-C))
