An opportunity to join the exciting and innovative team that is MBKB Training. This role is focused on supporting the operational team of MBKB with various duties and tasks such as supporting team members with data entry and processing. You will work from home and occasionally go into our Dudley office.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
To operate as the Business Admin Support for the operations team:
- Answer telephones, emails and social media enquires swiftly and in line with company protocol
- Log enquires onto and work with our customer relationship systems
- Support team members with data entry and processing
- Complete audits of data
- Ensure policies and procedures are complied with
- Offer verbal and written feedback on audit findings
- Monitor own performance levels against targets
- Market and promote MBKB at all times
- Attend and take active part in all team meetings, 1-1s and appraisals
- Take meeting minutes
- Comply with and uphold MBKB policy and procedures
- General office admin/reception duties
- Support directors with admin duties
- Manage your own CPD file
- Keep accurate records and reports
- Sharing, storing and retrieved reports/data/information

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- Maths and English (grade 4/C or above)

After this apprenticeship
- Contract length - 6 month trial period, then on an indefinite basis upon successful completion.
