Summary
We are looking for a Hair and Beauty Receptionist to join our team and play a crucial role in Hair and Beauty department. In this position, you will provide reception and technician support to the make-up, beauty therapy and hairdressing department, whilst also working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Supporting lecturers in sessions and setting up before lessons
- Stock taking and ordering
- Keeping salons stocked, clean and tidy
- Budgeting reviews within the area and meeting commercial targets
- Liaising with external companies for stock, uniforms and kits
- Sourcing and maintaining current client base
- Social media tracking
- Receptionist duties including booking in appointments and maintaining client records
