Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Good working knowledge of all manual equipment, including basic fault finding
- Good working knowledge of common applications for which equipment can be used, including making blast media recommendations
- Processing customer orders through the company ERP system
- Maintenance of records and data on company computer systems and within manual filing systems following company guidelines
- Liaising with others both within the department and in other departments to ensure that any customer related issues are satisfactorily resolved
- To work under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Customer Services Executive, who will monitor and review standards on a regular basis
