Are you passionate about creating delicious, nutritious meals that teenagers love? New Level Academy is seeking a Level 3 Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in providing lunch for 15-20 teenage students daily, focusing on healthy options that appeal to their tastes.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook daily lunches for students, ensuring nutritional balance and variety
- Specialise in diverse cuisines such as street food, Caribbean dishes, stir-fries, and wraps
- Engage with students to understand their preferences and dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen
