Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Processing sales and handling transactions at the till
  • Operating the tee booking system to manage customer reservations efficiently
  • Managing the golf buggy fleet, including bookings and basic maintenance
  • Stocking shelves, maintaining the shop’s appearance, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented
  • Learning about golf equipment and apparel to better assist customers
  • Supporting the team with general shop duties and day-to-day operations

  • Interest in golf (preferred, but not essential)

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a professional retail environment with the opportunity to develop key skills and knowledge in the golfing industry.
