Summary
Wendover Day Nursery are looking for an aspiring early years educator to join their team. As Early childhood Developer Apprentice you will support children between the ages of 0-5 in their development and care.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Work to provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
- Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor always
- Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the Early Years
- Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role
