About this company
Blackwell Bate use innovation and develop their own software to make our clients’ lives easier and our team are encouraged to identify ways we can use technology to improve our service offering. We are striving to create teams providing real time advisory and ensuring our clients are not only up to speed with their compliance needs but are aware of the opportunities available to them. If you want to hide behind spreadsheets and avoid human interaction then we are not for you, but if you want to develop and grow with our firm then get in touch! Clients seek a professional service but they also want to deal with people who take an interest in them, who are approachable and who put them at their ease. For this reason, our recruitment process places as much emphasis on personality as on academic and technical skills. We provide training to all technical staff at all stages of their careers and where relevant support them in their progression through their professional qualification. We set high professional standards but combine this with a relaxed atmosphere where a good sense of humour is regarded as an essential attribute.
After this apprenticeship
It is expected that you will stay with the company following successful completion of your apprenticeship to undertake further qualifications and increase your responsibility.
