Summary
We are specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of office and mixed-use buildings in Central London, across a full range of sectors. Our work covers all aspects of project and programme management, including the employer’s agent role, risk management, procurement, programming, contract administration and strategic consultancy.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The successful individual would be supported in developing an in-depth understanding of Project Management including team formation, procurement strategies, contract administration and leading teams.
In this role you would be required to assist team members with all aspects of their work whilst helping the London Office Project Management team maintain their market leading position.
Day to day work would include activities such as the following:
- Attending client and project team meetings
- Attending site to monitor progress and review quality of install
- Undertaking contract administration duties
- Attending client and project team meetings
- Assisting on pitches and presentations
- Preparing both meeting agendas and minutes
- Preparing and updating project programmes
- Coordinating with the wider Savills business to ensure client’s needs are met
- Assisting in the close out of key project issues
- Contributing to PR strategies including social media – e.g. blogs, research and PR
- Assisting with preparation of client reports and identifying new business opportunities
The individual would be client and project team facing from day-1 and therefore communication and interpersonal skills are of paramount importance. An outgoing, sociable and presentable individual is required.
The long term potential is for the individual to become a Project Manager themselves, forming an integral part of a market leading team.

Your training plan
5 year training programme (Level 6 Apprenticeship), which includes a part time undergraduate degree (4 years) and an APC training programme (2 years, enrolled at the beginning of your 3rd year at University) leading to become a Chartered Surveyor with an RICS qualification.
On the job training is provided to ensure all the required knowledge and experience is obtained throughout the apprenticeship to qualify successfully.
