We are seeking a HR Admin Apprentice to provide assistance to our HR Assistant and Business Manager. The role involves delivering precise and effective support to the HR team across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- To administrate, record and update employment details
- Provide admin support to the HR department
Support with managing, organising and updating relevant data using database applications and excel - To update the HR system with any personal details
- To update the HR system with any employment detail changes
- Liaise with HR administrators and employees
- Respond efficiently and professionally to any enquiries in relation to HR
- Provide general day-to-day HR support to employees
- Filing, photocopying, shredding, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and other general admin functions
- Assist the HR team with ad hoc projects and duties as required
- Participate in data entry for Management Information systems.
- Ensure information is entered in a timely and accurate manner
