This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team at Sir Thomas Boughey Academy. The successful applicant will support students, teachers and the curriculum. You will provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning. This is a term time only post.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Assist in maintaining classroom discipline
- Provide support to teachers to achieve learning goals
- Support provision for student with additional needs
- Assist the teacher with the planning of learning activities
- Assist the teacher in monitoring students, recording progress and providing feedback

GCSE or equivalent in:
- English (grade 4/C or above)
- Maths (grade 4/C or above)
