Starting as a Business Administration Apprentice, this course will take you 18 months to complete and will include greeting visitors on reception, invoicing and calling clients about overdue invoices, scanning files and occasional bookkeeping work

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
· Answering the phone to clients
· Calling clients to arrange record collection
· Calling clients to who have overdue invoices
· Handling visitors to the office (i.e greeting them and offering drinks)
· Scanning of post and distributing occasionally
· Scanning of files
· Invoicing
· Database maintenance
· Occasional bookkeeping work
