You’ll be based in our Newbury office, working on a hybrid model (min 2 days a week in office) after your initial training period and once you’ve settled into the role.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Our L&D team are responsible for building, designing and delivering engaging and innovative development programmes for apprentices, graduates, interns and more! They work with clients including Belron, BII and Enstar, preparing and delivering skills sessions to help improve professional skills and aid personal development.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator within a small team, you’ll have a meaningful impact as you also work towards a Level 3 Learning and Development Apprenticeship. You’ll be helping the team prepare for in-person and virtual workshops, collating and preparing key documents and supporting with the management of our online learning platform. You’ll be working directly with our clients, building great relationships with them as you help to guide them through our L&D process.
As you settle into the team and progress through the apprenticeship programme, we’ll also support you in developing your skills as a facilitator.
Some other tasks you’ll be doing include:
- Analysing our workshop feedback surveys and supporting with continuous improvement.
- Support with event management and workshop administration, including managing bookings, catering, and RSVP responses.
- Acting as a ‘producer’ during our virtual workshops by managing in-workshop breakout rooms, chat box discussions, and supporting participants with technical requirements.
- Collaborating with the internal development team to identify work priorities and achieve programme outcomes.

GCSE in:
