Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- You will provide a professional and timely support service to Infrastructure clients.
- The role will involve communicating via email to manage and resolve 1st line support calls and service requests generated from our customer base or projects team.
- You will be expected to receive inbound phone calls in relation to tickets on occasion.
- You will manage the configuration of end user devices (laptops, desktops, Endpoint Devices and some network devices) from point of purchase through to deployment ensuring the end user is satisfied with the end result and informed of progress during the lifecycle.
- Displaying meticulous attention to detail through the process.
