Summary

We now have an opening for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in our London office. The position will require strong administrative support and assistance. This role is suitable for the challenge-orientated individual, who demands high standards and wants to prove that he/she has what it takes to make a difference in our business.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain calendar/appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, events and travel (domestic & international)
  • Liaise with Clients/Colleague establishing reporting needs with accurate information
  • Provide and present data analysis reports to a range of stakeholders in a secure manner in line with GDPR with maintaining proper company documentation at all times
  • Working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel, manage and respond to emails and calls
  • Ensure all activities consistent with/supportive of the company's business plan and company policy
  • Ensures responsibilities meet expectations in all areas of the job function
  • Planning, organising, communicating, delegating and following up
  • Prioritising to ensure deadlines are met

  • Source and migrate data from already identified different sources.
  • Collect, format and save datasets.
  • Summarise and explain gathered data.
  • Blend data sets from multiple sources and present in format appropriate to the task.
  • Manipulate and link different data sets as required.
  • Use tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Apply basic statistical methods and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in data.
  • Apply cross checking techniques for identifying faults and data results for data project requirements.
  • Audit data results.
  • Demonstrate the different ways of communicating meaning from data in line with audience requirements.
  • Produce clear and consistent technical documentation using standard organisational templates.
  • Store, manage and distribute in compliance with data security standards and legislation.
  • Explain data and results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding.
  • Review own development needs.
  • Keep up to date with developments in technologies, trends and innovation using a range of sources.
  • Clean data i.e. remove duplicates, typos, duplicate entries, out of date data, parse data (e.g. format telephone numbers according to a national standard) and test and assess confidence in the data and its integrity.

    Essential qualifications

    GCSE or equivalent in:

    • any subject -- x3 (grade 4+ (A-C))
    • English (grade 3+ (D or above))
    • Maths (grade 3+ (D or above))
