We now have an opening for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in our London office. The position will require strong administrative support and assistance. This role is suitable for the challenge-orientated individual, who demands high standards and wants to prove that he/she has what it takes to make a difference in our business.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendar/appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, events and travel (domestic & international)
- Liaise with Clients/Colleague establishing reporting needs with accurate information
- Provide and present data analysis reports to a range of stakeholders in a secure manner in line with GDPR with maintaining proper company documentation at all times
- Working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel, manage and respond to emails and calls
- Ensure all activities consistent with/supportive of the company's business plan and company policy
- Ensures responsibilities meet expectations in all areas of the job function
- Planning, organising, communicating, delegating and following up
- Prioritising to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- any subject -- x3 (grade 4+ (A-C))
- English (grade 3+ (D or above))
- Maths (grade 3+ (D or above))
