Wood & Wire in Hebden Bridge are recruiting for an Apprentice furniture finisher / sprayer. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer apprenticeship over the duration of 24 months.

Wage

£15,704 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

  • Spraying techniques
  • Hand finishing
  • Repairs
  • Health and safety
  • Maintenance

There will also be opportunities to gain a broader understanding of our products and other processes within the factory.

The role may include involvement in the full manufacturing line, including reading and understanding technical drawings.
