Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
- Setting up new computers, servers, and networks
- Handling support tickets and technical requests
- Providing service desk assistance to end users
- Shadowing senior technicians on-site and remotely
- Managing and maintaining our repair workshop
- Diagnosing and repairing desktops and laptops
- Responding to phone and email support queries
- Booking in incoming deliveries and hardware
- Keeping track of equipment through asset management

- Interpret client requirements.

- Support multiple contemporary or legacy solutions to required levels of service.

- Apply continuous professional development CPD to support their own learning, business needs and technical developments.

Your training plan
All training will take place either on-site at our office or remotely with the training provider, so there is no need to travel elsewhere.
You’ll spend most of your time learning hands-on with our team, supported by regular remote learning sessions with the training provider. We’ll also provide time during the week to complete coursework and training activities.
