Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

  • Greet Guests
  • Manage seating
  • Handle reservations
  • Take orders
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks
  • Clear and set tables
  • Handle calls and process payments
  • Provide excellent service and create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Working to the instruction of Restaurant Manager and Head chef
