We have dedicated teams to support you in delivering quality through the project management, installation and commissioning of your project. As a Service Department, the main function is to maintain and support gas powered generation plants, whether that is Power Generation only, Combined Heat & Power or Tri-generation. We have the technical expertise to support the complete Jenbacher gas engine product portfolio and associated balance of plant. We maintain and promote long term customer relationships through our flexible commercial agreements. Across the Clarke Energy group, there are local Service teams providing support in each territory. In the UK, the Service Department is split into two teams, the Service Operations Team and the Aftermarket Sales Team to provide the following service functions to our internal and external customers.
Our Field Service Engineers are fully qualified with access to industry specific, accredited training and are expected to utilise both mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge whilst maintaining good customer relationships on a day-to-day basis.
