Summary
we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our wonderful furniture company to learn the art and skill of finishing and polishing through the level 2 general furniture manufacturing apprenticeship. You will also learn and understand the principles of wood machinery, joints and assembly

£15,311.40 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

- Learning about the equipment and spray guns used
- Understanding the principles of wood, machinery, joints and assembly

- Qualification will be General Furniture Manufacturer Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- All training will be carried out on our site at High Wycombe in the factory
- One day per month an external trainer will visit for specific training
- One day per week will be spent on the computer doing course work

Desirable qualifications
GCSE or equivalent in:
- English and Maths (grade 5)

the work can be strenuous, lifting heavy panels. though help will be given, a good level of general fitness is required
