An exciting opportunity has become available at Sure Powder Coatings Ltd where you will be working as part of a highly skilled Inspection and quality team, learning from a highly qualified mentor testing and quality checking products to ensure they meet UK quality standards associated with powder coating and spraying.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Main Duties wil include:

Daily monitoring of the materials
Daily testing of the powder coating ensure correct colour/thickness.
Using the lab t test the products to ensure they are UK complaint.
Recording of these results.
Sampling plates used.
Ensuring the chemical balances are correct throughout the processes of the shop floor.
Fault finding and finding the origin.
Moving of products.
