Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

As an Apprentice Engineering Operative, you would assist in building, maintaining, and improving equipment, learning how to use tools and technology to solve real-world engineering challenges.
From assembling components to inspecting machinery, you’ll gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled engineers.
Whether it’s fixing a fault or making sure production lines stay on track, your role helps keep everything running like clockwork.
