This unique opportunity provides hands-on experience and develops a diverse skillset. Daily operations includes exploring various departments, working in the enrobing room, learning chocolate machinery use, tempering techniques, and hand-finishing products under expert guidance, learning traditional production methods dating back over 100 years.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
Starch Room:
- Learn and assist in the starch moulding process for chocolate products
- Ensure the quality and consistency of starch moulds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the starch room
Kitchen:
- Support the preparation and cooking of chocolate mixtures
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
Machines:
- Operate and maintain chocolate processing machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient production
Dipping:
- Master the art of hand-dipping chocolates
- Ensure each product meets our quality and presentation standards
- Work with a keen eye for detail and precision
