Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
An exciting time to join The Crown Group and help the company continue on its growth journey by devising and driving forward a new marketing strategy with a chance to contribute many of your own ideas.
Duties may include;
- Development of social media strategy with your own input into content and ideas.
- Attending events to promote the company
- Help with designing an internal intranet
- Supporting with internal correspondence to The Crown Group team
- Managing internal notice boards
- Writing content for and creating newsletters
- Attending networking events
- Supporting to design artwork
- Responsibility for branded material – selecting items, sourcing, confirming designs and ordering.
- Data analysis of marketing campaigns
- Customer profile reach and building personas to understand customers better
- Focused strategies and ideas on building the brand
- Relationship building between department teams and customers

The candidate will follow a Level 3 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full Standard as a Multi-channel Marketer. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College - South & West.
If you do not already hold GCSEs at grade A-D / 8-4 in English and Maths you will complete Functional Skills in the related subjects to attain Level 2 Functional Skills.
