Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

- Preparing dishes and making beverages
- Upholding food hygiene regulations
- General customer service duties including cash handling
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Serving customers
- Taking orders
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
