Summary

You'll play a key role in boosting content engagement and revenue for Netgem TV in the UK, working closely with the Marketing and Ops teams. It's all about maximising the impact of our content partnerships and getting involved in some seriously cool service launches.

What you’ll do at work

Towards our Content Partners

  • Maintain a Content Marketing Roadmap/Calendar by selecting the latest, freshest, and most relevant content, with a focus on revenue generation and B2B opportunities.
  • Measure content usage and marketing campaigns, reporting on customer engagement and content revenue key metrics.
  • Occasionally onboard content partners, coordinating the release of new apps/channels with our Product & Quality Assurance teams, and accompanying content partners until the release of the content to Netgem TV.

Toward prospective B2B clients

  • Help develop and run marketing campaigns for our B2B (Telco) partners, collaborating with TV and gaming content partners and the team here Copyright © Netgem TV (we'll provide guidance and help you level up your skills!).
  • Maintain our Content Partnership online presence (website, social posts with Content Partners).
  • Support the marketing push for key UK product drops, making sure our content gets seen and loved by viewers (you'll get training and plenty of support along the way).

Towards our B2B(2C) clients

  • Maintain our Content roadmap and promotional calendar.
  • Maintain a base of evergreen & seasonal content assets from all partners to be used at any time on our client websites and for marketing campaigns.
  • Suggest, oversee, and develop marketing campaigns with ISPs and Content Partners.
  • Suggest & select content for digital campaigns, and learning/reporting from measurement of in-life/online/social marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Netgem marketing, operation, and commercial teams to develop initiatives designed to increase content engagement and customer retention.
  • Design and Run Marketing campaigns with our B2B clients.
  • Report on marketing campaign key metrics.

Towards our end-users

  • Oversee content updates within our Product ecosystem, promoting the content selection after preparing the content in various formats (TV Box sections and hubs, mobile apps sections, carousel tiles, website, notifications).

  • Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
  • Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
  • Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
  • Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
  • Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
  • Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
  • Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
  • Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
  • Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
  • Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
  • Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.

  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • 5 GCSE's including English Language and Maths (grade (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent))
