Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

  • Assist senior commissioning engineers with HVAC system start-ups and functional testing
  • Learn to operate air and water measurement tools
  • Develop understanding of pre-commissioning and commissioning principles
  • Participate in technical training and workshops
  • Assist in preparing reports and commissioning documentation
  • Observe and assist in system troubleshooting and problem-solving
    Input test data using digital tools
    Work safely in compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
