Summary

As a Technology Enablement Analyst working as part of the Tech Enablement Team UK, you will work with the customer and internal teams to understand and implement a repeatable and efficient build deployment process that enables the Hatfield operations team to meet service delivery requirements. Whilst studying for the Digital Support Technician Level 3.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

You will be working as part of the Tech Enablement build implementation team on site in Hatfield 5 days a week as we are a hands on team that work in a hands on environment.

Some of the daily activities are: 

  • Handling incidents in the Logitsics and Technical Services Integration Centre  
    Testing and implementation of customer builds
  • Carrying out troubleshooting and problem solving  
    Support of client specific hardware configuration requirements – for example Workplace, Enterprise Datacenter and Mobile devices, etc.
  • Supporting client asset labelling requests
  • Manage daily tracking and recording of activities

Your training plan

  • For the duration of your programme, you will be studying towards an Digital Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification
  • Throughout your apprenticeship, you will dedicate 80% of your time to work and 20% to studying toward your qualification

Requirements

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • English Language (grade C/4 or above)
  • Maths (grade C/4 or above)
