Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

  • Spending May handing over with the Head of IT to gain knowledge of our systems
  • Developing an understanding of our internal data system, called Liaise, which is a ‘low code / no code’ developer software, based on Stacker architecture - No previous experience in this required)
  • Updating and amending Liaise to allow us to better pull key data from it to help us provide a better service to our clients
  • Collaborate with L2L team to ensure any updates/amendments to Liaise are noted, understood, and implemented
  • Help us map and maintain our physical IT infrastructure in our 9 x centres (Wifi, Printers, related contracts, etc
  • Be on hand to carry out data searches and data-related activities as required
  • Any other support as deemed necessary

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • GCSE English (Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent (grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent)
  • GCSE Maths (Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent) (grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent)
