Work

- Heat treatment
- Grinding
- Paint line
- Shot peening
- Second operations
- Inventory control

- You will be working towards a Level 3 Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship Standard
- You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell or Falmouth Marine School on a weekly basis as part of the apprenticeship training
- You will receive support from an assessor and an apprenticeship adviser

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- English (grade 3)
- Maths (grade 3)
