Summary

This Apprenticeship will develop your skills in systems design and hardware engineering. You will rotate between the disciplines, responsible for the production of designs, design estimates, design programs and design work packages for bids, services and projects, as well as the designing and implementation of the engineering solutions

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

  • Develop your understanding of Engineering through structured learning and on-the-job training
  • Deliver tasks on time and to the required quality
  • Work as a team-player asking for guidance and direction where necessary
  • Develop knowledge and skills within the engineering discipline
  • Effectively communicate engineering issues related to own tasks

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • x5 including Maths and English (grade 4+)

A Level in:

  • • A Level BBB including Mathematics and/or Physica (grade 120 UCAS Points)
