About this company
Haines Watts South West is part of the Haines Watts Group and as such we are able to offer trainees a national experience in a local environment. We provide accountancy, tax and business planning services to our clients. A lot of our clients operate within the Agricultural sector, but we also have clients in other sectors. We pride ourselves on offering a premium service. To achieve this we ensure all our staff are mentored from Day 1 so that they learn the skills suitable for their initial role, and have the opportunity to grow and advance through the business as far as they wish to go. Previous AAT trainees have progressed through all levels of the qualification, moved on to qualifying as Chartered Accountants and are now working towards becoming a partner in the business. Other trainees have found a level they are comfortable with and stayed at that level – our longest serving member of the team has been with us for 30 years!
After this apprenticeship
It is expected that you will stay with the company following successful completion of your apprenticeship to undertake further qualifications and increase your responsibility in the office.
