Greene King are looking for an individual with a relentless passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, to join their team as an Apprentice housekeeper

Wage: £13,416 a year
Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab)
Training course: Hospitality team member (level 2)
Hours: Shift work including bank holidays, evenings and weekends. Exact shifts to be confirmed.
30 hours a week

Work

As a Housekeeper, you will...

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times

Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas perfectly, ready for our customers

Ensure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

What your apprenticeship includes

- A mixture of face to face and skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress

- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars

- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer

- The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE)

- A Chef Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15 month programme

- Attend 4 masterclasses to further develop your Chef skills
