Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The role will consist of working within the trust and tax departments, carrying out the following tasks:
- Assisting with the preparation of trust accounts and tax returns.
- Preparing R185 trust income forms.
- Assisting clients with meeting their tax compliance requirements.
- Preparing personal tax returns and computations.
- Resolving client queries with HMRC.
- Undertaking research into more complex tax matters.
- Providing assistance to senior staff on various tax advisory.
