Zapi design, build, test and repair complex systems for electric and hybrid vehicles. Our business is expanding so we need to grow our team accordingly. This apprenticeship would provide a solid platform, from which to build an exciting career in the Electric vehicle Industry.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
- Training in panel wiring and building.
- Training in repairing inverters, motors and battery chargers.
- Understanding electrical schematics.
- Repairing units, under supervision.
- Assisting with assembly of control systems.
- Should be able to test and repair with minimal supervision.
- Further training with documentation and controls.
- Involvement in development projects, assisting with the design and build of test equipment.
