Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Your role will include:
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
