Summary

Alongside studying you will gain work experience supporting the team with a range of taxation services to our clients. You will also help in preparing tax returns and other HMRC compliance documents on behalf of clients. You will gain exposure to all aspects of tax and across other service lines to gather a basic understanding of core principles.

Annual wage
£20,000 a year

Upon completion of your ATT qualification you salary will be increased. There is also an annual salary review in April.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

We are looking for a Trainee Tax Technician to join us on a permanent basis in our Bridgwater office. The office address is 7 Castle Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3DT.

After this apprenticeship

You can remain at a Tax Technician level if you desire, or there is the ability to go on to charter either as an Tax Accountant studying the CTA qualification or as a general accountant studying the ACA qualification.
