Summary
We are looking for two apprentices to join Eisai’s Engineering Team based within our leading manufacturing site. Our Engineering Team is a broad function focusing on learning and developing multidisciplined engineering skills to enable them to be able to safely carry out routine maintenance and fault-finding on engineering equipment and systems.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Multi-skilled engineering apprentice working within the Engineering Department of Eisai Manufacturing’s oral solid dose manufacturing and packaging facility.
- Learn and abide by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Day to day running and maintenance of precision engineered pharmaceutical equipment.
- Development of novel technology.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

The Engineering apprenticeship Level 3 will be provided by either Harlow College or Conel. The duration is 4 years and 3 months. You will have block release of college days and office days.
