Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties include:
- Hand assembling ice protection panels and systems.
- Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Using a range of hand tools including verniers, scribes and hand drills.
- Inspecting of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhering to strict Health and Safety practices whilst onsite.
