You will join us on a fixed apprenticeship salary where you’ll be eligible for annual pay reviews. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, your salary will be increased in line with the grade and pay range for your role.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

As a Financial Services Professional apprentice, you'll join a pioneering front office apprenticeship programme and operate in an extremely dynamic, exciting area of our business, while gaining a qualification at the same time. 

Your apprenticeship will take around three years to complete, and cover key areas such as: 

  • Client and customer relationships
  • Delivering services
  • Financial services legal and regulatory framework
  • Strategy and planning
  • Problem solving and decision making
