You will join us on a fixed apprenticeship salary where you’ll be eligible for annual pay reviews. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, your salary will be increased in line with the grade and pay range for your role.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Your apprenticeship will take around two years to complete, and cover key areas such as:
- Audit and assurance
- Finance, accounting and reporting
- Management accounting
- Governance, risk and control
- Strategic business management
- Taxation

After this apprenticeship
- On completion of your level 4 apprenticeship, you’ll progress to a higher level qualification, which will deepen your understanding of finance and mean you’ll end the scheme as a fully qualified chartered accountant - a combined study time of around four to five years
- During this time, you’ll complete five 12 month rotations within the Finance function
