Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Mortgage application processing - ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
- Liaising directly with clients and act as the primary contact for clients, lenders and third parties
- Providing updates and handling queries efficiently
- Document management - ensuring all client files and records are maintained
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Providing full administrative support (diary management, scheduling of appointments and preparing reports)

The Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship is ideal for learners beginning an entry level role in the financial sector.
As an entry level role, this apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and experience for progression along a number of career paths.

Professional Qualifications: - CeMAP1 - awarded by London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF)
Completion of CeMAP1 will provide a solid foundation for the learner and can lead on to progression to study in other areas

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- 5 subjects including maths and english (grade 4 or above)
