Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • You will split your time between college learning and working as part of the manufacturing team at our world-class manufacturing plant
  • At college, you will learn the skills and theory you need for your role and onward career in manufacturing, including correct use of tooling and equipment and tooling, usage of machinery and lean methodologies such as 5s and Kaizen tools
  • Working in our technically advanced and innovative environment, you will develop into a multi-skilled operator, able to perform manufacturing operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhering to our safe working policies and procedures
