We’re recruiting Engineering Apprentices to work in our UK breweries across the UK. For the first year, you'll train with a provider to gain essential manufacturing skills, then move to your home brewery.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

  • The programme prepares future engineering technicians to tackle challenges with advanced brewing and packaging equipment
  • Apprentices maintain complex machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
  • You’ll receive hands-on training, rotating through departments and supported by a mentor
  • The apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with academic study toward nationally recognized qualifications, including a BTEC Level 3 and potentially an HNC Level 4 in Engineering

GCSE in:

  • Maths, English, Science (grade 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) Maths(6-9))
