Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

- Develop or interpret briefs for external or internal stakeholders and measure delivery in-line with the specification and agreed timelines
- Plan and coordinate a marketing activity using marketing tactics to acquire and retain one or more customer segments using available resources.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative and creative approaches across video, images, and other formats, both online and offline, to support campaign development.
- Use research/survey software to gather audience insight and/or evaluation to support the project.
- Use copywriting techniques to write persuasive text/copy to meet a communications objective ensuring it is in-line with organisational brand guidelines.
- Build and implement multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms, either offline or digital media.
- Proofread marketing copy ensuring it is accurate, persuasive and is on brand.
- Use software to design and create marketing assets to meet the technical specification.
- Contribute to the research of external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services.
- Organise offline and digital assets ensuring they are co-ordinated and legally compliant.
- Use a website content management system to publish text, images, and video/animated content.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to support marketing activities such as project/budget planning and organisation of marketing assets.
- Use technology and software packages to support day to day activities, e.g., stakeholder communications, development of briefs, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
- Identify and use data and technologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and amend campaigns to meet budget requirements including time and monetary costs.
- Review campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness, to optimise the results.
- Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis tools to record, interpret and analyse customer or campaign data.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:
- Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication
- Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies
- Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement
- Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms
- Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency
Requirements
Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- 5 GCSE's (grade Grad 4 or above)
- Any 2 A levels (grade (A-C/9-4 or equivalent))

This will be a FULLY REMOTE VACANCY with occasional office visits every two months.
About this company
Cranberry has been trading for 23 years predominantly withing the telecommunications industry providing phone systems and associuated products to snamm / medium sized companies. In the last 5 years we have been expanding in to IT related services and now provide phone systems, internet connections, mobile phones, routers/ switches and other IT hardware and offer IT support. We are a "family type firm" and some of our staff have been with us for more than 15 years. Since the pandemic we have, on the request of staff, worked in a hybrid fashion and now find most of us work from home. Any new apprentice would be given full support and ideally would be able to meet up with colleagues a minimum of 6 times a year (depending on location)
