Summary
We are seeking a Level 2 Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant to recruit a new member to join our dispensing team in our innovative small team of qualified professionals. For the right person, there may be the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to higher level qualification.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include:
- Dispensing of medication to patients
- Over-counter sales of non-prescription medication
- Check and monitor prescription slips
- Health & safety responsibility
- Rotation of stock
- Use of pharmacy software
- Data entry relating to medication
- Labelling and dispensing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Working within a team environment
