Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

    Handling customer sales at the trade counter and over the telephone
  • Processing customer orders
  • Receiving deliveries of goods
  • Managing administrative tasks related to the above
  • Communicating with a wide variety of internal and external customers

Essential qualifications

GCSE or equivalent in:

  • Maths (grade 4 / C or above)
  • English (grade 4 / C or above)
