Wage £19,500 pa increasing annually with progression of NVQ. Hours Mon-Fri 7.30-4.30 1 Hour Lunch. Holiday 28 Days including Bank Holidays. Start Date ASAP for the right candidate. Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Experience in working on a roof
Able to accommodate a tradesman's needs without excessive instruction
Able to prepare work areas for the roofers upon instruction and load materials safely
Be trained in manual handling, working at height and abrasive wheels
Be competent in the safe use of hand and power tools e.g., hand saw, grinder, hammer
Have knowledge of roofing materials - recognise eaves, gables, tiles, trims, outlets, liquids etc
