Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Provide administrative support to central services and leadership teams, serving as the main contact for calls, emails, and shared mailboxes.
- Maintain office resources, ensure staff wellbeing, and arrange meetings with appropriate setups and refreshments.
- Support recruitment with job postings, applications, candidate communications, and DBS checks.
- Assist Health & Safety with compliance documentation, safety checks, audits, and maintaining supplier lists.
- Record meeting agendas, manage policy updates, and track safeguarding training.
- Proofread documents, update records, and aid in school onboarding.
- Actively uphold Trust policies, values, and engage in professional development.
